Backpack Program
The Arlington Ministerial Association began the Arlington Backpack Program. The way the program works is that a bag of pre-packaged food is packed by the Backpack Committee on Thursday evening. The bags are delivered to the school on Friday morning and given to the teachers who will then discreetly place them in the child’s book bag.

If you would like more information on how to help, or be helped, by the Backpack Program in Arlington, contact any of the pastors in town, school administration.

In addition to the backpack program, food assistance is available through the food pantry located in the Arlington Methodist.
